At PFGSports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup for convenient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned sports gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
